You will have a dedicated event team at your side who will work closely with you to plan, prep and execute your event-plus full service, on-site catering at the ready.
So from wedding receptions to industry conferences-local school recitals to nationally touring productions-come plan something amazing at the arts center. Our rental rates have been established to encourage community participation and designed to make sure every event looks, feels, and sounds as professional as possible.
We offer tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment, special lighting and linen rental. There is ample free parking directly across the street.

Florida Cultural Group, Inc. Facility Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
- Florida Cultural Group, Inc. (“FCG”) grants limited and non-exclusive rights to Renter Name (“Renter/Client”) for the use of certain public spaces as set forth in the attached Facility Rental Agreement.
- FCG provides the agreed upon facilities and services. It is the client’s responsibility to leave the facilities in the same condition as they were found and to adhere to City, State and Federal Ordinances. Florida Cultural Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the use of the facility for any reason and/or to cease any activities, without refund, that violates policies.
- Renter/Client shall be solely responsible and shall promptly reimburse FCG for any damages to any real or personal property during the events covered by this Agreement, including but not limited to buildings, grounds, statues, fixtures and furnishings. Renter is responsible for the actions of all persons involved in the event including, but not limited to guests, caterers, musicians, volunteers, contractors and employees.
- Renter/Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold FCG, its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses and liabilities including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of the exercise of any of the rights, licenses or privileges granted or implied herein.
- Renter/Client agrees that all fees, costs and expenses related to the uses for which Renter is granted the limited rights specified herein shall be the sole responsibility of, and be paid by, the Renter. Florida Cultural Group, Inc. reserves the right to assess a late fee of on payments more than two weeks past due.
- FCG owns, retains and otherwise reserves full and exclusive right(s) applicable to the property covered by this Agreement, including unlimited right(s) to limit, restrict, withhold permission for and/or legally deny the use of said property except as specified herein. Renter agrees that no use of all or any part of the property shall be granted, assigned or permitted to any of its officers, employees, agents or assignees, or to any other persons or organizations, except as specified herein, without express written consent of the Executive Director, Florida Cultural Group, Inc., or that official’s duly authorized representative. FCG retains the unqualified and irrevocable right to withdraw the limited and non-exclusive rights set forth above at any time, without cause, upon verbal, written or electronically transmitted notice to the Renter of such termination.
- Renter/Client agrees to purchase and present proof of a Certificate of Insurance reflecting $1,000,000 in liability coverage naming Florida Cultural Group, Inc. as additional insured by time of final payment. Liquor Liability Insurance Coverage must be included if alcohol is to be served at your event.
- Renter/client agrees to usage rules including, Flameless Candle Policy (that includes any pyrotechnic devices) and use of a licensed food service provider/caterer. The caterer must have a valid liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages on FCG property, if you choose to have alcoholic beverages at your event. All must comply with Department of Alcohol & Tobacco regulations.
- Returned Check Policy: Returned checks will incur a returned check fee. A collection letter will be sent to inform the account holder of the returned check and requirement to pay the original amount of the returned check as well as the returned check fee within 10 business days. If the reimbursement payment has not been made within the 10 business day period, Florida Cultural Group, Inc. reserves the right to assess a late payment fee. Payment may be mailed to/or made in person at Florida Cultural Group, Inc., 502 Third Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205. If your check was returned then all future facility rental payments thereafter would need to be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, money order or credit card.
- Your security/damage deposit holds the reserved date of your event and will be refunded in a check within 2 weeks after the event provided there is no damage and left clean. Cancellation of any event less than six months prior to event will forfeit your security/damage deposit. Cancellation of any event less than fifteen weeks prior to event will forfeit your 50% down payment and security/deposit. Cancellation of any event less than ten weeks prior to event will forfeit any and all payments made to the FCG. All cancellations must be received in writing within dates listed above.
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, Florida Cultural Group, Inc. reserves the right to change the scheduling of any event. In addition, Florida Cultural Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event which endangers the safety of FCG staff at no financial consequence to the client.
- Renter/Client has received the Expected Etiquette for their event, and agrees to distribute it as necessary and ensure it is followed by all guests. Renter/Client is responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests.
